BIO
Ann Donner
Ann has over 25 years’ experience leading and managing strategic initiatives in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. She has held leadership positions with government, civic, health care, and business organizations. A skilled strategist and facilitator, Ann has the ability to uncover and inspire creative approaches and a talent for bringing stakeholders with disparate interests and viewpoints together to focus on a common goal.
Over her career, Ann has leveraged investment in critical urban development and transportation projects and raised significant resources for a wide variety of initiatives and organizations. Collaborating with a broad range of constituencies, she has promoted new models for consensus building, increased the effectiveness and profile of numerous organizations, and influenced the design and programming of important public spaces.
Ann is the former executive director of two nonprofit organizations and has served on the boards of several others; she has also served on the City of Boston Employment Commission. She is an Associate Program Director for Common Purpose, a global organization devoted to developing leaders who can cross boundaries.
