Ann Donner

Ann has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years. She has consistently demonstrated her expertise in spearheading and managing strategic initiatives across diverse sectors, including the public, nonprofit, and private domains. Her leadership roles have spanned different sectors, including government, civic, health care, and business entities.

A skilled strategist and facilitator, Ann can inspire innovative approaches and brings together stakeholders from different backgrounds and perspectives, uniting them to achieve a shared objective. Her talent for fostering collaboration and consensus-building has been instrumental in attaining significant outcomes for numerous initiatives and organizations.

Throughout her career, Ann has played an essential role in securing funding for urban development and transportation projects and raising significant resources for community initiatives. Collaborating with a broad range of constituencies, she has promoted new models for consensus building, increased the effectiveness and profile of numerous organizations, and influenced the design and programming of important public spaces.

Ann is the former executive director of two nonprofit organizations and has served on the boards of several others; she has also served on the City of Boston Employment Commission and was an Associate Program Director for Common Purpose, a global organization devoted to developing emerging leaders worldwide.

Ann’s multifaceted career reflects her collaborative leadership, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to make a lasting impact in the world.
